To shape strategic conversations and influence real buying decisions, we're looking for a Business Development Representative (f/m/x) to join our team   

As a Business Development Representative, you'll operate at the front line of our scaling efforts, taking ownership early and driving initiatives that matter. It's a fast track designed for high performers: within just one year, you can progress from prospecting specialist to a sales professional with your own pipeline, your own deals, and your own recognition within the company.

How You Succeed

  • Know our market: Develop a deep understanding of our target group, our customers and product by interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Own your book of business: Take ownership of the sales pipeline from identifying potential to converting into sales opportunities by proactively approaching decision-makers.
  • Boost your work with AI: Proactively spot opportunities to leverage AI to accelerate your workflow and elevate our messaging and positioning ensuring our outreach stays best-in-class, high-quality, and scalable. 
  • Become a discovery expert: Take charge of qualifying leads by rapidly uncovering their situation, challenges, and urgency and become the expert who knows exactly where the real opportunities lie. 
  • Turn insights into impact: Identify the prospect's key value drivers and deliver a tailored pitch that clearly shows how Tanso solves their specific pains and create immediate business value.

Your Profile

  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal). 
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments with high ownership and hands-on execution.  
  • Initial experience in B2B SaaS sales and interested in the industrial sector.
  • Familiarity with our target group of manufacturing companies and ESG.
