Responsibilities

• Hilf uns, unseren Mitarbeitenden das bestmögliche Büroerlebnis zu bieten
• Übernimm Verantwortung für diverse Office & Facility Management-Themen
• Unterstütze unsere europäischen Büros bei speziellen Projekten sowie bei der Organisation von Umzügen und Renovierungen
• Arbeite eng mit unserem Reisemanagementteam zusammen und unterstütze dieses bei täglichen Aufgaben sowie bei der Einführung eines neuen Reisemanagement-Tools

Requirements

• Eingeschriebener Student an einer Hochschule oder Universität im Bereich Facility, Immobilienwirtschaft, Real Estate Management oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit einem immobilienspezifischen Schwerpunkt
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind Pflicht, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
• Organisationstalent gepaart mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise
• Teamplayer mit der Fähigkeit, bei Bedarf selbstständig und effizient zu arbeiten
• Das Praktikum sollte ein Pflichtpraktikum im Rahmen des Studiums sein und idealerweise 6 Monate dauern
• Kenntnisse in CAD oder vergleichbaren Lösungen und Systemen sind von Vorteil

• Contract location would be Göppingen, Germany

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
