  • Develop and implement comprehensive architecture governance frameworks, tools, and methodologies to govern Business and Application architecture.

  • Oversee the development and execution of architecture strategies, ensuring they meet current and future business needs.

  • Ensure the architecture governance framework effectively controls the design, integrity, and realization of Autodoc's architecture.

  • Continuously assess and improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team and across the organization.

  • Govern architectural design of large-scale IT transformation projects, particularly those involving SAP solutions.

  • Collaborate with senior management to align the architectural roadmap with AUTODOC's strategic objectives and project portfolio.

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of business process managers and an enterprise architect, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Proven leadership skills with experience in leading, motivating, and growing a team of architecture professionals.

  • Strong background in Architecture Governance, including the establishment of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.

  • Prior experience managing large-scale IT transformations, particularly with SAP solutions (SAP ERP, SAP CI, SAP eWM, etc.)

  • Certifications in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).

  • Experience in defining and implementing architecture governance processes and standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Experience in a similar role within the e-commerce or automotive industry.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing architecture governance frameworks in a large, complex organization.
