Ihre Aufgaben:
Verantwortung für die Planung, Priorisierung und Steuerung des globalen Projektportfolios und Sicherstellung eines effektives Demand-, Ressourcen- und ProjektmanagementsWeiterentwicklung der IT-Architektur, Vorantreiben der Integration neuer Technologien sowie Unterstützung der Skalierung und Harmonisierung unserer IT-LandschaftKoordination globaler Sicherheitsinitiativen und Gewährleistung der Einhaltung interner sowie externer Compliance-AnforderungenSteuerung der strategischen Entwicklung unseres Service-Portfolios und Optimierung des globalen Lizenzmanagements hinsichtlich Kosten und NutzungInitiierung und Begleitung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen und Sicherstellung von höchsten Qualitätsstandards in Projekten und ServicesVerantwortung für die Planung und Umsetzung von Change-Prozessen und Förderung der Weiterentwicklung und Qualifizierung unserer Mitarbeitenden durch gezielte TrainingsFachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des TeamsFörderung der standortübergreifenden, globalen Zusammenarbeit innerhalb Group Services sowie mit den DivisionenStakeholder-Management auf Divisions- und Group Services-SeiteBudget- und Ressourcenverantwortung inkl. KostenkontrolleIhr Profil:
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieur oder vergleichbarer QualifikationMehrjährige Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position im Bereich IT-Strategie, Enterprise Architecture oder Portfolio ManagementNachweisbare Führungserfahrung, inkl. Steuerung globaler/virtueller Teams und externer PartnerFundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Governance, Enterprise Architecture und IT-SicherheitKunden- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle FähigkeitenAusgeprägte Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Durchsetzungsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten auf ManagementebeneSehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
