Ziele der Stelle
Kundenbetreuung vor Ort im Rahmen des großvolumigen Zeitarbeitsgeschäfts

Hauptaufgaben

  • Betreuung von Kunden vor Ort

  • Erfassung und Steuerung des Personalbedarfs (qualitativ und quantitativ)

  • Langfristige Personalbedarfs- und Schichtplanung

  • Betreuung der eingesetzten Leiharbeitnehmer während der Einsätze

  • Erstellen der notwendigen Vertragsunterlagen für den Kunden hinsichtlich der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung

  • Pflege der Vertriebsinformationen im Frontend-System

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von einschlägigen Gesetzen und Vorschriften

  • Arbeitsplatzbesichtigungen

Weitere Aufgaben in der Personaldisposition:

  • Personalgewinnung, -auswahl und -einstellung

  • Aufbau von Bewerberpools insbesondere für die Kernkompetenz-Bereiche

  • Erstellung der notwendigen Vertragsunterlagen für die Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (für Kunden und Mitarbeiter)

  • Disposition von Mitarbeitern

  • Sicherstellung der Ordnungsmäßigkeit aller Arbeitsabläufe und der vollständigen Pflege des Frontend-Systems (u.a. Zvoove)

  • Einpflegen von Kunden- und Personaldaten ins Frontend-System

  • Anlage von Aufträgen und MA-Einsätzen

  • Hinterlegung und Kontrolle aller einsatzbezogenen Daten im Frontend-System

  • Erstellung von Produktivitäts- und Ertragsauswertungen

Beschränkt auf die Einstellung, Abmahnung und Kündigung von Mitarbeitern im Verantwortungsbereich der Niederlassung

Anforderungen

(fachlich, persönlich, Ausbildung, Erfahrungen)

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und eine mindestens 2-jährige Berufserfahrung in der Logistik und/oder Personaldienstleistungsbranche

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb

  • Kundenorientiertes Arbeiten

  • Zielorientierung und Durchsetzungsstärke

  • Planungs- und Koordinationsstärke

  • Sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke

  • Gute IT-System-Kenntnisse

  • Gute Kenntnisse in den entsprechenden Gesetzen und angewendeten Tarifverträgen (AÜG, IGZ-Tarif, BurlG, EntgFG, KSchG, MuSchG)

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Verhandlungssichere Rumänischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich (z. B. zur Kommunikation mit rumänischsprachigen Mitarbeitern)
