What This Role Offers
As a
Senior Growth Marketing Manager at remberg
, you will take end-to-end ownership of our B2B growth funnel: You plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, build landing pages and conversion funnels, and run data-driven experiments to grow lead generation and pipeline.
You collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations, translating customer insights and product value into high-performing campaigns. You will be one of the driving forces behind our scalable Go-to-Market engine in Germany and worldwide.
This position is office-based (hybrid) in Munich.
THE IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE
- Growth Funnel & Pipeline Generation: Plan, manage, and optimize our multi-channel campaigns (SEA/Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and more) with a strong focus on qualified leads, MQLs/SQLs, and predictable pipeline - including budgeting, forecasting, and continuous ROI optimization
- Email Marketing & CRM Ownership: Take ownership of our Marketing CRM (HubSpot) and build automated email flows (drip nurturing, re-engagement) that drive conversions across the funnel through smart segmentation and personalization
- Landing Pages & Conversion Funnels: Create and optimize targeted landing pages (via HubSpot CMS, Webflow), experiment with messaging, content, and CTAs, and identify funnel leaks to increase conversion rates across all stages
- Experiments & Data as Your Playground: Develop hypotheses, run structured tests and experiments, leverage tools like Google Analytics 4, analyze results, and scale successful measures across channels and markets
- Sales Collaboration & ABM: Work as a true partner to the Sales team - refine ICP & personas, develop playbooks, support target account strategies, and run ABM-style campaigns that move opportunities through the buyer journey
- Innovation, Tools & Enablement: Bring new marketing ideas, tools, and approaches into the team (AI, automation, attribution etc.), improve processes, and collaborate with freelancers or agencies as needed to maximize impact
How You'll Grow With Us
- Growth & Performance Expertise: you bring at least 5 years of experience in Growth, Demand Gen, or Performance Marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Paid, Email & Funnel Skills: You are familiar with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, have experience with email and CRM marketing (HubSpot), and understand how to build and improve full-funnel journeys from impression to SQL
- Data-Driven & Ownership-Oriented: KPIs like CAC, CPL, LTV, CTR, Conversion Rate and pipeline contribution are your everyday tools. You make decisions based on data and enjoy improving tracking, dashboards, and reporting - reflecting our values of ownership, focus on impact, and pragmatism
- Customer-Centric Storytelling: You can empathize with our target audience, understand their pain points, and translate insights into compelling campaigns, narratives, and offers. You combine data with creativity and collaborate seamlessly with Content, Product, and Sales
