Als Growth Marketing Manager baust du die skalierbare Growth Engine von GovRadar auf – und machst unser Marketing datengetrieben, automatisiert und messbar. Du nutzt HubSpot als zentrales System, orchestrierst den gesamten Funnel und entwickelst Strategien, um aus Interessierten qualifizierte Leads zu machen.

Deine Mission
  • Du entwickelst die End-to-End-Struktur unserer Marketing- und Sales-Funnels – damit Wachstum nachvollziehbar, skalierbar und effizient wird.
  • Du orchestrierst Kampagnen und Nurture-Flows über den gesamten Customer Lifecycle, um Conversion Rates und Pipeline-Velocity zu steigern.
  • Du implementierst intelligente Workflows und automatisierte Journeys, die Prozesse vereinfachen und die Teams entlasten.
  • Du analysierst Daten aus HubSpot, GA4 und weiteren Tools und leitest daraus klare Handlungsempfehlungen für nächste Growth-Steps ab.
  • Du enablest Marketing, Sales und Product mit transparenten Dashboards und Insights, um Entscheidungen datenbasiert zu treffen.
Das bringst du mit
  • 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B SaaS-Marketing mit Schwerpunkt auf CRM-Strukturen und Demand Generation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in HubSpot – vom Setup bis zum Reporting – und Verständnis, wie Marketing-Automatisierung Wachstum unterstützt
  • Analytisches Denken und sicherer Umgang mit Funnel-Metriken (z. B. MQL → SQL, CPL, Velocity)
  • Affinität für KI-gestützte Systeme – du nutzt smarte Tools und Funktionen, um Prozesse intelligenter und präziser zu gestalten
  • Proaktive, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Freude an Automatisierung und enger Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Product & Marketing

  • Erfahrung im öffentlichen Sektor oder GovTech-Umfeld
  • HubSpot- oder KI-Zertifizierungen (z. B. Marketing Hub Implementation, Inbound Marketing, AI in Marketing)
