For our Munich office, we are looking for a growth marketing manager (f/m/d) in full time.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute demand generation strategies to build a qualified pipeline for the sales teamOrganize and promote events (trade shows, APS presence, virtual events) to maximize lead capturePlan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)Design and manage lead nurturing programs, including email campaigns, webinars, and gated contentCollaborate with Product Marketing Manager to ensure messaging consistency across campaignsMonitor and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROIWork closely with sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and improve campaign performanceContinuously test and improve conversion rates across different campaignsRequirementsDegree in Marketing, Business, or related field3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing or a comparable role, ideally in a B2B tech, deep-tech, or hardware/equipment industryStrong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and marketing automation toolsAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaignsExcellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)Independent, proactive, and well-organized working styleOpen-minded, collaborative personality with a solution-focused approachBenefits
