Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:
  • Länderübergreifende strategische Verantwortung für die Industry Markets Aerospace, Defence und Rail einschließlich Positionierung, Priorisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Märkte
  • Planung, Steuerung und Verantwortung für Umsatz-, Margen- und Budgetziele sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Ergebnismaßnahmen
  • Analyse von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Kundenstrukturen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung wirksamer Marketing- und Go-to-Market-Strategien
  • Fachliche Steuerung und Koordination der länderübergreifenden Customer-Facing-Funktionen (Sales, Key Account Management, Application Engineering, Marketing)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen Funktionen zur effizienten Ressourcensteuerung und erfolgreichen Marktbearbeitung
Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im wirtschaftlich-technischen oder technischen Bereich (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Materialwissenschaften)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (ca. 5–7 Jahre) in Aerospace und/oder Defence, idealerweise in markt-, vertriebs- oder strategienahen Funktionen
  • Gutes Verständnis von Werkstoffen, Fertigungsprozessen und Qualifizierungsanforderungen; Erfahrung mit Hochleistungskunststoffen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Qualitäts- und Zulassungsstandards in regulierten Industrien wünschenswert
  • Fähigkeit, funktions- und länderübergreifend zu führen, Entscheidungen zu treffen und Prioritäten konsequent umzusetzen
  • Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denkvermögen kombiniert mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke und Ergebnisorientierung
