Tasks
  • Als Werkstudent Game Designer / Game Balancer Intern unterstützt du unser Product- und Economy-Team dabei, komplexe Spielelemente und Feature-Ökonomien in Machinations abzubilden, zu simulieren und zu dokumentieren
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Machinations-Modellen unserer Kernfeatures, Reward-Flows und Ökonomien
  • Analyse von Coin Flows, Bet Sizes, Reward Frequencies und deren Einfluss auf Engagement, Retention und Monetarisierung
  • Unterstützung bei Simulationen für neue Features, A/B Tests, Difficulty Curves und Balancing-Iterationen
  • Dokumentation der Modelle, Parameter, Annahmen und Simulationsergebnisse
  • Unterstützung des Product Teams beim Interpretieren der Modelldaten
  • Aufbau einer strukturierten Modellbibliothek, damit Modelle wartbar und skalierbar bleiben
Requirements
  • Laufendes Studium in einem relevanten Feld (Game Design, Data Science, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Statistik, Informatik o. Ä.)
  • Starke Zahlenaffinität und analytische Denkweise
  • Vorwissen in Machinations ist zwingend erforderlich: Bitte im Lebenslauf / Bewerbung Beispiele verlinken oder kurz dokumentieren (Screenshots, Videos oder Modell-Links)
  • Grundverständnis von Game Economy / Balancing Konzepten (Reward Systems, Difficulty Curves, Currency Flow)
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch (oder Deutsch)
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lust, neue Skills zu lernen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Nice to have: Erfahrung im Bereich Social Casino, Free-to-Play oder Live-Ops
