Job Description

  • Onboarding - Deliver engaging onboarding experiences that go beyond orientation-connecting new hires to our culture, tools, and business-critical recruitment skills from day one through their first year, reducingJN _MP_DE2810676JN MPGlobal Category Manager (m/w/d) - strategischer IT Einkauf
  • Gestaltung einer internationalen Beschaffungsstrategie für IT-Dienstleistungen, Softwareprodukte und Lizenzmodelle
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Lizenzrichtlinien sowie Verhandlung von Verträgen mit globalen Partnern
  • Analyse von Unternehmensbedarfen und Beratung der Fachbereiche hinsichtlich optimaler IT-Beschaffungslösungen
  • Aufbau langfristiger Partnerschaften mit strategischen Lieferanten und Steuerung externer Dienstleister
  • Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung von Einkaufsprozessen zur Effizienzsteigerung
  • Mitverantwortung für Budgetplanung, Kostenoptimierung und Risikobewertung im IT-Beschaffungsumfeld

The Successful Applicant

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, vorzugsweise mit Fokus auf IT-Produkte oder -Services
  • Führungskompetenz kombiniert mit ausgeprägtem Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Vertragsmanagement und Lieferantensteuerung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit digitalen Tools sowie Interesse an neuen technologischen Entwicklungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaft, IT oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
