is recruiting for our client in
Münster, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
, a leading provider of aircraft exterior repainting services. This is an exciting opportunity for a
dedicated Hangar Manager
to join a high-performing aviation team.

Job Description

As
Hangar Manager
, you will act as the key link between production, administration, planning, and suppliers. You will ensure the smooth daily operation of the hangar while coordinating with airports, customers, and service partners, keeping aircraft movements and projects on track and aligned with expectations. Clear communication, flexibility, and proactive thinking are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all
    day-to-day hangar operations
  • Act as liaison between
    airports, customers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Lead
    project planning, costing, and reporting
  • Ensure
    quality, deadlines, and safety standards
    are consistently met
  • Support
    senior management
    with operational matters
  • Streamline processes and manage
    resource allocation
  • Provide
    guidance and responsibility
    for an international team

Requirements

  • Background in
    aviation
    , ideally in
    maintenance or aircraft painting
  • Proven
    leadership and organisational skills
  • Strong
    communication skills in German and English
  • Independent, structured, and
    hands-on work style
  • Willingness to
    occasionally work weekends
  • Comfortable operating in a
    fast-paced, dynamic environment
