M&A Analyst / Junior Associate – Investment Banking (Munich)

We're looking for a motivated
Senior Analyst or Junior Associate (3–4 years' experience)
to join a leading international
investment banking advisory firm
in Munich. The team advises entrepreneurs, private equity investors, and corporates on
mid-market M&A transactions
across sectors such as technology, industrials, and consumer.

What you'll do:

  • Support execution of live M&A and capital raising transactions
  • Build detailed financial models and perform valuation analysis
  • Prepare marketing materials, pitch decks, and information memoranda
  • Conduct company and industry research
  • Work closely with senior team members and clients throughout the deal process

What we're looking for:

  • 3–4 years' experience
    in
    investment banking / M&A
    , ideally from a
    boutique or independent advisory firm
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated transaction execution experience
  • Native or fluent German speaker
    (mandatory), plus excellent English skills
  • Degree in finance, economics, or a related field
