SolarEdge is a high growth company operating on a global scale and a leader in Smart Energy Solution. As part of our efforts to scale, further corporate development resources are being set-up to better serve our regional footprint. This team will have strong impact on shaping the transformation to renewable energies that is needed to reach climate goals.

**The role & responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Building and refinement of processes
- Continuous supervision and tracking of M&A and PMI activities
- Documentation of meetings, tracking of action items, Status reporting
- Coordination of various departments and external parties to ensure on time and in budget completion

- Ability to discipline others
- Ability to oversee multiple projects and engagements in parallel
- Reliability, resilience and endurance
- Ability to learn quickly and establish processes in a fluid environment
- Willingness to travel

**Your Background**:

- Analyst, Sr. Analyst or Consultant level (3+ years) at a major consultancy or in a very structured auditing or delivery environment
- International experience or background, experience with intercultural management
- Experience bringing transparency to complex projects
- Experience in M&A, Post Merger-Integration or Project Management (Prince 2, PMP)
