We're hiring - Business Development Consultant (Remote - Germany)

Location - Germany (Remote)

Position - Full-time

Industry - Recruitment / Manpower

We are looking for a Europe-based professional with strong cultural insight and communication fluency ideally with roots or work experience in countries such as Germany, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Portugal, or Croatia.

This is a remote role focused on expanding our international client base in the recruitment and manpower sector.

We help thousands of people every year find jobs across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and now also in Europe such as Hungary, Greece, and Germany.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the recruitment/manpower industry

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients

  • Promoting bulk recruitment solutions across multiple industries

  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals with medium to large organizations

  • Collaborating closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful delivery

  • Tracking sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools

  • Monitoring market trends and global manpower demands

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales within non-IT recruitment

  • Proven track record in selling recruitment or manpower services

  • Experience in bulk recruitment is a strong advantage

  • Exposure to international manpower or recruitment companies

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
