As a Founders Associate intern, you'll take on significant responsibility and ownership right from the start. You'll lead and support high-impact projects across the entire organization, learning about every aspect of an early-stage start-up. Working closely with our founders and leadership team, you'll not only contribute your ideas but also help drive our vision forward.

What you will do:
- Project management: You will work on various important projects simultaneously that include multiple different stakeholders from both inside and outside the organisation.
- Screen candidates: You will be screening potential candidates and help to build up the team and culture. Allowing us to hire the most talented candidates that fit into our growing team.
- Presentations: You will directly support the C-Level with preparing presentations for external stakeholders
- Build playbooks: As a Founders Associate intern, you will implement and improve operational processes across the entire organisation. Enabling us to scale our business.
- Be entrepreneurial: solutions driven, and capable of thinking outside of the box.
- Learn by Doing: Gain hands-on experience in entrepreneurship and start-up building.
- Dedicated Mentorship: Work closely with a leadership team mentor to support your growth.
- Cross-Functional Rotations: Explore key departments like tech, finance, marketing, operations, and growth.
- Exclusive Access: Join private talks with Europe's top founders, exclusively for the LANCH team.
- Fundraising Insights: Master fundraising in a full-day session, including e.g., pitch deck creation, strategy, and a live call with a VC General Partner.
About you
To succeed in this role, you:
- Possess excellent communication skills in german and english, both written and verbal.
- Are currently pursuing your Master's degree in business studies or a related field.
- Bring at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a start-up, investment banking, or consulting.
- Have hands-on experience with Google Workspace tools, particularly Google Sheets.
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to take ownership of impactful projects.
- Are highly motivated to contribute to building a start-up from the ground up.
- Exhibit a hands-on mentality and a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve results.
- Apply critical thinking and strategic insight to evaluate and implement the best possible outcomes.
We prioritize candidates who are available for 4 to 6 months. However, if your availability is shorter, we encourage you to explore our Entrepreneur in Residence program as an alternative opportunity.
