*Key Responsibilities*

• Assist the team in analyzing customer needs and developing creative concepts and concrete measures for implementation
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key Requirements

• Your excellent command of English and German (C1 level) that you will use when preparing and delivering presentations and reports Your excellent command of English that you will use when preparing and delivering presentations and reports
• Enrollment in a German University (for working student positions).
• Background or studies in finance/banking or similar
• Student status throughout the duration of the contract for working student roles.
• Basic understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks. Interest in supporting clients in adopting AI for successful business transformation.
• You can start in February/March 2026 and are interested in a working student position for 6 months- part time (20 h/week)
