What You Do

• Support strategic procurement expert in carrying out tenders and bid evaluations
• Analyse purchasing volumes, requirements, national and international procurement markets under "Total Cost of Ownership" and "Best Practice" aspects
• Closely cooperate with the responsible strategic procurement expert in the definition and implementation of the product group strategy
• Create, revise and update documents and information (e.g. presentations, project plans, intranet)
• Support in contract and supplier management

What You Bring

• Studies in economics or comparable fields
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus
• Strong team orientation and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making, as well as basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use
