Business Unit Manager (m/f/d) Palnt Safety

Industry Service/Plant Safety
business unit at our locations in
Darmstadt, Frankfurt, Linden, or Kassel.

• Entrepreneurial and independent management of the business area (strategy, sales, and personnel planning)
• Management responsibility and targeted personnel development for employees and managers

• Structuring and optimization of the process chain from sales to service provision.

Your profile

• Completed technical university degree
• Several years of management experience
• Personality with an entrepreneurial perspective and a sales- and market-oriented attitude
• Strong motivational skills, leadership, social, and technical competence
• Business mindset with strengths in conceptual and operational areas
• Willingness to balance economic requirements and customer needs (strong acquisition skills)
• Relevant certifications in the field of plant safety (e.g., as an expert (m/f/d) according to BetrSichV and AwSV or as an inspector (m/f/d) and certifier (m/f/d) of the notified body according to DGRL)
• Knowledge of the IT and system landscape (SAP, EdocX, and Visitour) is desirable
• Euro driver's license B
• German language skills at C1 level
• Good English skills, other languages are an advantage
