Als
Business Manager (m/w/d)
bist du dafür verantwortlich, enge und vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden aufzubauen und zu pflegen, damit sie rundum zufrieden sind.
Deine Aufgaben:
Kunden betreuen: Du sorgst dafür, dass wir die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden genau verstehen und langfristig erfüllen.
Team leiten: Du führst und unterstützt ein Team von Beratern, damit die Projekte erfolgreich sind und sich jeder fachlich weiterentwickeln kann.
Markt beobachten: Du findest neue Geschäftschancen, analysierst Trends und entwickelst kreative Lösungen, die den Kunden wirklich weiterhelfen.
Was wir uns wünschen:
Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Führung, Kommunikation und den Umgang mit Menschen.
Du denkst analytisch und kannst aus Daten und Situationen klare Schlüsse ziehen.
Du bist zielorientiert und packst gerne an.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (Pflicht) und Englisch.
Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss.
Erfahrung:
Associate Manager – bis zu 2 Jahre
Business Manager – 2 bis 4 Jahre
Senior Business Manager – mehr als 5 Jahre
