Role Description

  1. Build and expand a network of relationships with international OEMs, fostering a robust ecosystem spanning commercial, product, and technology domains.
  2. Cultivate executive-level relationships within the client portfolio. Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, key business drivers, and organizational structures to provide strategic application knowledge and industry expertise.
  3. Identify and qualify customer opportunities, marshaling appropriate resources to coordinate the design of tailored solutions. Influence the customer's decision-making process by articulating and delivering powerful value propositions, while effectively managing the expectations of both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  4. Drive the sales process from opportunity to completion, ensuring successful commercial closure of all orders.

Qualifications

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales within the automotive electronics sector.
  2. Highly self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement. Possesses the ability to handle unforeseen events decisively and demonstrate rapid, sound decision-making skills.
  3. Capable of delivering compelling presentations in both small and large group environments.
  4. Willingness and ability to be stationed primarily based in key European regions such as France and Germany.
  5. Candidates with established international business relationships or a proven track record of successful overseas projects are preferred.
