Wir haben durch Referenzen und unser Standing eine Lead-Generation Maschine gebaut, die uns laufend mit frischen Vakanzen für aufstrebende StartUps versorgt. Unsere Aufgabe im Recruiting ist es für GründerInnen und Hiring Manager eine beratende Rolle einzunehmen und sie dabei zu unterstützen, ihre Schlüsselpositionen mit Top-Performern aus der Industrie zu besetzen - und das in Lichtgeschwindigkeit ;)

Gleichzeitig bauen wir unsere interne Infrastruktur und Prozesse so auf, dass wir mit unserem Qualitätsstandard skalieren können.

Aufgaben
  • Keine Kaltakquise Du arbeitest mit deinem eigenen Portfolio an festen Bestandskunden aus der StartUp Branche
  • Du hilfst Gründerinnen und Gründer dabei ihre StartUps zu skalieren und besetzt dabei ihre wichtigsten Schlüsselstellen
  • Du nutzt LinkedIn Recruiter, Stellenanzeigen, Xing und weitere Tools um Deine Kandidatenpipeline aufzubauen
  • Du führst deine KandidatInnen entlang des Recruitingprozesses und bleibst dabei stehts die Ansprechperson
  • Unsere Agentur wächst Du kannst neben dem Tagesgeschäft an internen Projekten mitwirken und dabei unterstützen uns auf das nächste Level zu bringen
  • Keine Elbogen-Kultur Du co-sourced gemeinsam mit dem Team, ihr unterstützt euch gegenseitig in Power Sourcing Sessions
  • Du nimmst an wöchentlichen Learning Sessions (Podcast & Buchdiskussionen / Workshops / Präsentationen) teil und vertiefst dein Branchenwissen
Qualifikation
  • Du bringst +2 Jahre Recruiting Erfahrung in einer Headhunting Agentur mit
  • Du arbeitest zahlengetrieben und verstehst es Deine Conversions und Pass-Through-Rates eigenständig zu optimieren
  • Du überzeugst durch Charisma und kannst Senior Stakeholder durch Deine Expertise beraten und Entscheidungen beeinflussen
  • Du bringst Neugierde und Interesse für den StartUp Bereich: Ecommerce und Software as a Service mit - gemeinsam bauen wir Deine Branchenexpertise auf
  • Es fällt Dir leicht Dich in einem remote Set-Up eigenständig zu organisieren
  • Sprachen: Deutsch & Englisch auf C1.
