Join a dynamic deep tech scale-up as a Senior Tech Recruiter, playing a pivotal role in building high-performing engineering and AI teams. You will leverage your expertise to attract top technical talent, optimize hiring processes, and act as a strategic advisor to leadership in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What you will do:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, improving hiring outcomes and candidate experience.

  • Design and execute comprehensive hiring strategies focused on both quality and speed.

  • Source and engage top-tier candidates for a variety of complex technical roles across the software stack.

The ideal candidate:

  • 4–10 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a focus on deep tech roles.

  • Demonstrable experience recruiting in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.

  • Fluent in German (C1–C2 minimum) and adept at leveraging data for hiring optimization.
