We are seeking a strong Senior Recruiter who embodies excellence, acts as a beacon for best practices within our team, and possesses the strategic foresight to shape our talent brand for business roles.

In this role, you'll be responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle for various business roles, including Finance, Legal, Strategy, Operations, Marketing and Commercial.

This isn't just about filling roles; it's about pioneering talent acquisition, influencing leadership, and setting a new standard for recruitment.

• Full recruitment life cycle supporting business openings.

• Partner closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and cross-departments being a true consultative partner.

• Drive measurable improvements in hiring outcomes through strategic initiatives, data insights, and AI-enabled processes.

• Be a subject matter expert across the entire talent acquisition team, driving the implementation of cutting-edge recruitment best practices, tools, and processes.

• Think outside of the box to engage with and close top talent.

• Own and deliver strategic talent acquisition projects.
  
  

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focusing on Business roles.

• Fluency in German required.

• Background in fast-paced, analytical environments, ideally from investment banking, Big Four, venture capital, or comparable industries.

• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional areas as a strategic thought partner and talent advisor.

• Proven success in Germany-based recruitment, with strong local market knowledge.

• You bring sourcing methodologies and experience with non-traditional channels to find new candidates.

• Ability to evolve processes to meet global hiring needs.

• An effective communicator and adept at building strong partnerships with stakeholders and candidates alike.

• Natural leadership and mentorship abilities, passionate about elevating team capabilities.

• Proven experience leveraging AI tools and recruitment automation to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring speed, with measurable results.
