Your mission

Make everyday HR work smooth and efficient – from onboarding to departure. Your responsibilities will include:

•    Complete handling of administrative HR processes throughout the entire employment period

•    Preparatory activities in payroll accounting

•    Timely preparation and follow-up of monthly payroll accounting

•    Professional maintenance of the time management system

•    Acting as a reliable point of contact for service providers, colleagues and supervisors in matters relating to payroll

•    Communication with health insurance companies, insurance companies and authorities

•    Processing travel expenses

•    Organising training courses

•    Preparing HR reports and analyses

Your profile


• Commercial training, preferably supplemented by HR qualifications

• Experience in preparatory accounting and time management

• Knowledge of tax, social security and labour law

• Confident use of Office tools

•    Good written and spoken German and English skills

•    Proactive, structured and absolutely discreet with sensitive information

•    Team player, communicative and highly organised

•    Enthusiasm for service and talent for advising

•    Enthusiasm for HR topics
