Do you enjoy providing timely service to our customers on international construction sites and have experience in the paper and/or nonwoven industry? Then you have the right qualifications and are exactly what we are looking for To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer (m/f/x) as soon as possible.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Managing service construction sites as a technical supervisor (m/f/x)
• Performing technical service activities for conversions, repairs, and maintenance of defective components
• Processing service, damage, and warranty claims on construction sites
• Responsible control and monitoring of all activities on the construction site
• Ensuring that service work is carried out on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards
• Supporting assembly, commissioning, and functional testing
• Overall responsibility for fulfilling contractual obligations and ensuring safety on the construction site
• Initiating corrective measures in the event of non-contractual execution or unplanned work progress
• Preparing progress reports

You have the following qualifications, experience, and skills:

• Successfully completed training as a technician or engineer (m/f/x)
• Professional experience in technical field service, preferably in the paper or nonwoven industry
• Very good mechanical knowledge (pneumatic drives, hydraulics, and sealing technology)
• Good knowledge of electrical controls desirable
• Hands-on mentality
• Strong analytical skills, confident manner, and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Business fluent English, other foreign language skills an advantage
• Willingness to travel regularly worldwide
