To strengthen our team, we're looking for a Team Lead Reverse Game Engineer (f/m/d) with a clear focus on leading and developing our Reverse Engineer team and advancing our trainer technology.

DEINE AUFGABEN

• Fachliche, disziplinarische und organisatorische Leitung des Reverse Game Engineering Teams (Junior, Mid-Level und Senior Engineers)
• Verantwortung für KPIS, Qualität, Stabilität und Aktualität unserer Spiele-Trainer-Datenbank
• Steuerung der Priorisierung neuer Trainer-Entwicklungen und Anpassungen nach Game-Patches und DLCs
• Weiterentwicklung interner Standards, Prozesse und Tools zur Cheat-Entwicklung
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product & Operations, Development, Produkt Data Analysis und Marketing
• Förderung von Wissensaustausch, Mentoring und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
• Du schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem unsere Core Values im Alltag erlebbar werden – durch offenes Feedback, gegenseitige Unterstützung und kontinuierliches Lernen
• Monitoring von Markt- und Technologietrends (Game-Engines, Anti-Cheat-Mechanismen, Debugging-Tools)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical, disciplinary, and organizational leadership for the Reverse Game Engineering team (Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior Engineers)
• Take ownership of KPIs, quality, stability, and the ongoing improvement of our game trainer database
• Manage priorities for new trainer development and post-patch/DLC updates
• Develop and optimize internal standards, processes, and tools for trainer and cheat creation
• Collaborate closely with Product & Operations, Development, Product Data Analysis, and Marketing
• Foster knowledge sharing, mentoring, and professional growth within your team
• Create an environment where our Core Values are lived every day – through open feedback, mutual support, and continuous learning
• Stay up to date with market and technology trends (game engines, anti-cheat systems, debugging tools)

DEIN PROFIL

• Erfahrung in der Teamführung eines Developments/Softwareteams oder technischen Leitung
• Erfahrung im Aufbau von Teamstrukturen und Prozessen
• Du verstehst Führung nicht nur als Steuerung, sondern als Vorbildfunktion: Du lebst unsere Core Values aktiv vor und stärkst sie in deinem Team – im Umgang miteinander, in Entscheidungen und in deiner Kommunikation
• Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denken

• Ein starker Fokus auf zahlengetriebene Arbeit – du lebst und atmest KPIs
• Sprachkenntnisse: Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus.

• Proven experience in leading or managing a development or software engineering team
• Experience in building and structuring teams and processes

• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and passion for developing others
