Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Frankfurt for an Information Technology Support Engineer. The responsibilities include providing technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, administering systems, and offering help desk support. The role also involves maintaining hardware and software systems, ensuring minimal downtime, and delivering excellent customer service to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Information Technology to manage IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
  • Knowledge of System Administration, including setting up, maintaining, and monitoring IT systems and networks.
  • Experience in Help Desk Support to provide excellent user assistance and address technical queries efficiently.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to interact with diverse teams and clients.
  • Ability to adapt to onsite work environments and meet the needs of a fast-paced IT support role.
  • Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco) are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with onsite IT support tasks is highly advantageous.
