Du liebst es, komplexe Logistikprozesse zu steuern und möchtest in einem dynamischen Umfeld Verantwortung übernehmen?

Für ein spannendes Projekt suchen wir ab sofort eine:n Logistics / Warehouse Operations Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit und bevorzugt in Hamburg befristet für die Projektlaufzeit bis voraussichtlich Ende 2026.

In dieser Schlüsselrolle bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Lager und Projektstandort und sorgst dafür, dass alle Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren.
Deine Aufgaben:
  • Verwaltung des Lagerbestands und der Inventur in Hamburg 
  • Koordination und Überwachung der projektinternen Logistikabläufe 
  • Planung und Optimierung lokaler Transportprozesse und -routinen 
  • Annahme, Kommissionierung und Versand unseres Equipments im Hamburger Lager 
  • Unterstützung anderer Logistikeinheiten und der Baustellenlogistik 
  • Nutzung interner IT-Software (M365, EasyJob, etc.)


Your profile

Du verfügst über nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Logistikkoordinator:in, idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in der Event Branche gesammelt, und bringst folgende Fähigkeiten mit:
  • Erfahrung in nationaler und internationaler Transportlogistik 
  • Kenntnisse der Gesetze, Vorschriften und Sicherheitsanforderungen im Betrieb 
  • Organisationstalent und Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Planung sowie Führung eines kleinen Teams
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
  • Du sprichst Deutsch und English (min. B2 Niveau)
  • Vertrautheit mit Prinzipien und Praktiken des Lieferkettenmanagements
  • Sehr gute Dokumentationsfähigkeiten mit ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsweise
Ziel ist es, einen reibungslosen Ablauf verschiedener Kanäle sicherzustellen und maximale Effizienz zu erreichen.
