Aufgaben
  • Du empfängst unsere Gäste mit einem echten Lächeln und bringst direkt gute Stimmung mit
  • Du kennst unsere Slices & Drinks und gibst Empfehlungen mit Begeisterung weiter
  • Du führst proaktive Gespräche mit unseren Gästen und trägst aktiv zu einer erstklassigen Customer Experience bei
  • Du stellst Bestellungen samt Getränken am Counter zusammen und arbeitest dabei zügig & sauber
  • Du hältst Counter & Gastraum ordentlich, einfach weil's dazugehört
  • Du packst mit an, wenn neue Ware kommt oder das Team dich braucht
Qualifikation
  • Du bist kommunikativ, extrovertiert und liebst den Umgang mit Menschen
  • Du willst nicht einfach "abarbeiten", sondern ein Teil des Gästeerlebnisses sein
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch oder Englisch, gerne auch beides (weitere Sprachen = Bonus)
  • Gastro-Erfahrung ist cool, aber nicht zwingend. Wichtiger ist dein Vibe
  • Du denkst mit, packst an und ziehst dein Team mit
