Du führst charmante Gespräche und sorgst dafür, dass der Besuch bei uns mehr ist als nur "Pizza holen". Deine Energie bestimmt den Vibe im Laden. Du bist Host, Local Hero und Markenbotschafter*in in einem. Aufgaben Du empfängst unsere Gäste mit einem echten Lächeln und bringst direkt gute Stimmung mit Du kennst unsere Slices & Drinks und gibst Empfehlungen mit Begeisterung weiter Du führst proaktive Gespräche mit unseren Gästen und trägst aktiv zu einer erstklassigen Customer Experience bei Du stellst Bestellungen samt Getränken am Counter zusammen und arbeitest dabei zügig & sauber Du hältst Counter & Gastraum ordentlich, einfach weil's dazugehört Du packst mit an, wenn neue Ware kommt oder das Team dich braucht Qualifikation Du bist kommunikativ, extrovertiert und liebst den Umgang mit Menschen Du willst nicht einfach „abarbeiten", sondern ein Teil des Gästeerlebnisses sein Du sprichst fließend Deutsch oder Englisch, gerne auch beides (weitere Sprachen = Bonus) Gastro-Erfahrung ist cool, aber nicht zwingend.
