Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced 
L1.5 Support Engineer

to provide end-to-end support for 
CAD/CAM systems, telecom tower infrastructure, and network-related issues

in a manufacturing or aerospace environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with 
legacy plant floor systems

, 
MES

, and 
SAP

, and will work closely with third-party vendors to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1.5 technical support for 
    CAD/CAM applications

, 
telecom tower systems

, and 
infrastructure networks

.
- Manage 
incident resolution

through 
ServiceNow

or equivalent ITSM tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-volume incidents related to 
MES

, 
SAP

, and 
legacy manufacturing systems

.
- Coordinate with 
third-party vendors

to ensure timely resolution of hardware and network issues.
- Support and maintain 
plant floor systems

and legacy enterprise platforms (EPP).
- Document incidents, resolutions, and standard procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and engineering teams to ensure system stability and performance.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in 
    manufacturing

or 
aerospace

domains.
- Familiarity with 
industrial IT

shop-floor integration

, and 
legacy system environments

- Strong understanding of 
infrastructure networks

telecom support

, and 
vendor coordination

- Experience in

Qualifications:

  • German language proficiency (B2 or higher)
