CAMO Engineer (m/f/d) – Business Aviation
Location: Northern Germany
Full-Time | Permanent | Relocation Support Available

A leading European business aviation provider is expanding its CAMO team and looking for a skilled, technically minded professional to support the airworthiness of a diverse fleet of Embraer and Textron aircraft.

Your Responsibilities
- Maintain the continued airworthiness of a mixed business aviation fleet in accordance with
Part-CAMO
and
Part-M - Develop and update maintenance programs based on OEM recommendations and regulatory requirements
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance events and modifications with customers and internal/external Part-145 organisations
- Track and update operating hours, cycles, and aircraft technical records
- Support with defect reporting, reliability monitoring, and AOG situations
- Review and evaluate ADs (Airworthiness Directives) and SBs (Service Bulletins)
- Communicate with international clients, manufacturers, suppliers, and aviation authorities
Your Profile
- Ideally:
Experience as a CAMO Engineer
or similar airworthiness role - Strong technical foundation, background as an
aircraft mechanic/avionics technician,
or a degree in aerospace engineering - Confident understanding of
EASA Part-CAMO
,
Part-M
, and
Part-145 - Experience with business aviation (Textron or Embraer) is an advantage
- Familiarity with
CAMP
or
Quantum
maintenance tracking systems is a plus - Excellent English skills; German is beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong organisational skills, a safety-first mindset, and attention to detail
- Open to relocation (full support provided)
Training is available
for candidates with the right technical background who want to further develop in CAMO.
