Junior People Operations Manager
, you will ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient HR operations across multiple European markets while supporting the employee experience at

. You'll coordinate international payroll processes, maintain accurate HR data, and contribute to people operations that strengthen our growing organization. As a premium outdoor-living brand inspired by Scandinavian design,

What You'll Do
- Manage and prepare payroll data for multiple countries while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with payroll providers and tax advisors to align with labor and tax regulations.
- Maintain employee master data, HR documentation, and reporting across systems.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee inquiries related to payroll and HR processes.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline payroll and people-operations workflows.
What You'll Bring
- Completed education in HR Management or a related field, ideally with a payroll focus.
- 2–3 years of People Ops experience.
- Understanding of German payroll regulations and willingness to learn additional markets.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, with strong analytical and numerical ability.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive, structured approach to continuous improvement.
