Für unser People & Culture Team in Berlin suchen wir dich als
Junior People Operations Manager (m/w/d)
in Teilzeit (20–25 Stunden pro Woche) – eine Rolle mit hoher Lernkurve und Verantwortung im Tagesgeschäft.

  • Du verwaltest unsere monetären Benefits wie Deutschlandticket, bAV, JobRad und den Zuschuss zum EGYM Wellpass.
  • Du unterstützt unsere People Partnerinnen bei administrativen Themen, z. B. bei der Erstellung von Vertragsdokumenten, Bescheinigungen und Zeugnissen.
  • Du behältst den Überblick über Urlaubs-, Resturlaubs- und Krankendaten und sorgst für deren korrekte Erfassung sowie Reporting.
  • Du pflegst Stammdaten und Dokumente in Personio und lernst dabei unsere HR-Systemlandschaft kennen.
  • Du bist erste Anlaufstelle für Rückfragen von Behörden und Krankenkassen und unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung des Posteingangs sowie der Dokumentenablage.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an People- & Culture-Projekten mit und bekommst Einblicke in moderne HR-Arbeit.

Deine Erfahrung & Persönlichkeit:

  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im People Operations / HR-Umfeld, z. B. durch eine Werkstudierendentätigkeit oder eine kaufmännische, HR-nahe Ausbildung.
  • Neugier, Lernbereitschaft und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Zahlen und Daten und hast bereits umfangreiche Kenntnisse in Excel
  • Du überzeugst uns und unsere Mitarbeitenden durch Organisationstalent, hohe Service- und Lösungsorientierung. UND: Du arbeitest gewissenhaft und genau.
  • Communication is the key: Kommunikation und der Umgang mit Menschen ist deine Leidenschaft – sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch.
  • Digital affin:
    Idealerweise kennst du schon Personio oder ein vergleichbares modernes Personaltool. MS Office und KI? Natürlich kein Problem für dich
