As part of the Sandow Design Group, we are accelerating our premium positioning and global growth. For the next chapter, we're hiring a lead role that combines strategic key account ownership with commercial product excellence.
Your Mission:
Drive premium growth by owning strategic key accounts and one key market, while
improving the commercial structures that make premium sales scalable and repeatable.
What You'll Do:
- Sales (75%)
- Own and grow a portfolio of premium strategic key accounts
- Drive renewals, upsell and long-term relationships
- Take ownership of one market/region
- Build account plans and execute with strong commercial discipline
- Product & Performance (25%)
- Translate market insights into improvements of memberships, campaigns and partnerships
- Strengthen premium sellability
- Drive performance reporting
- Activate ecosystem opportunities Competitive Intelligence
- Maintain strong competitor knowledge and market overview
- Provide sales enablement inputs
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in strategic sales / key account management in a premium environment
- Strong understanding of architecture & design markets
- High ownership + cross-functional mindset
- Analytical thinking and performance orientation
- Confident communication with senior client stakeholders
