About the Role

We are currently seeking a
Junior Investment Analyst (m/f/d)
to join our client's Investment Team in Düsseldorf. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for real estate to kickstart their career in investment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the team in
    analyzing and evaluating real estate investment opportunities
  • Building and maintaining
    cash flow and financial models
    (Excel-based)
  • Assisting with
    due diligence
    and preparing
    investment memoranda
  • Conducting
    market and asset-level research
    to identify new opportunities
  • Working closely with senior team members on
    deal structuring and execution

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Strong
    financial modeling skills
    (cash flow modelling experience required)
  • Excellent
    analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
  • Fluent in both German and English
    (written and spoken)
  • Genuine
    interest in real estate and investment
