This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for real estate to kickstart their career in investment.Key responsibilities include:Supporting the team in analyzing and evaluating real estate investment opportunitiesBuilding and maintaining cash flow and financial models (Excel-based)Assisting with due diligence and preparing investment memorandaConducting market and asset-level research to identify new opportunitiesWorking closely with senior team members on deal structuring and executionYour ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related fieldStrong financial modeling skills (cash flow modelling experience required)Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHighly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive mindsetFluent in both German and English (written and spoken)Genuine interest in real estate and investmentWhat’s on OfferA direct entry opportunity into the real estate investment sector right after universityA supportive and ambitious team with flat hierarchies and an open cultureSteep learning curve and mentoring from experienced investment professionalsA modern office in the heart of DüsseldorfCompetitive compensation and long-term development opportunities
