Ein unabhängiges Investmenthaus mit Fokus auf Immobilien und alternativen Anlageklassen sucht zur Verstärkung des Teams einen analytisch starken Investment Analyst (m/w/d) am Standort Frankfurt. Das Unternehmen investiert in unterschiedliche Assetklassen, verfolgt opportunistische und wertsteigernde Strategien und agiert über den gesamten Lebenszyklus einer Immobilie hinweg – von der Identifikation und Strukturierung bis zur Umsetzung und dem laufenden Portfolio-Management. Das Arbeitsumfeld ist dynamisch, international ausgerichtet und bietet direkten Einblick in Transaktionen und Entscheidungsprozesse.

Aufgaben:

  • Analyse und Bewertung von Immobilieninvestments sowie Unterstützung bei Transaktionsprozessen
  • Erstellung von Finanzmodellen, Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Begleitung von Due-Diligence-Prozessen und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Markt-, Standort- und Wettbewerbsanalysen im DACH-Raum

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder Immobilien
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Investment-, Private-Equity- oder Real-Estate-Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenmotivation
