Ihre Aufgaben
  • Als Berater*in tragen Sie den Charakter und die Philosophie unseres Hauses nach außen und geben dem Unternehmen ein Gesicht
  • Professionelle Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden bei dem An-/ Verkauf des umfangreichen Sortiments in den Bereichen Anlagemünzen und -barren
  • Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Prüfung des Lagerbestandes
  • Übernahme der Barkassenmitverantwortung nach umfassender Einweisung


Ihr Profil
  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung/Studium oder erste Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
  • Erste Berufserfahrungen in der Kundenbetreuung sind wünschenswert
  • Freude am täglichen Umgang mit Menschen
  • Hohe Kunden- sowie Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denken und Zahlenaffinität
  • Sie sind ein zuverlässiger Teamplayer
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations-Skills sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office Anwendungen
