Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior UX Researcher located in the Greater Munich Metropolitan Area. The Senior UX Researcher will be responsible for conducting user research, analyzing user data, applying design thinking methodologies, and contributing to human-computer interaction projects. The role involves understanding user needs and behaviors to enhance user experience, collaborating with design and development teams, and presenting research findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Human-Computer Interaction and UX Research skills
  • User Research and Analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the tech industry and fluency in German is a plus
