CarOnSale ist ein Start-up im Herzen Berlins. Als Tech-Unternehmen haben wir es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, digitale Prozesse im Automobilhandel europaweit zu ermöglichen. Werde Teil unseres Produktteams und präge mit deinen Insights die Zukunft unserer Plattform.
Deine Aufgaben:
  • Mixed Methods Research: Du konzipierst, planst und führst eigenständig quantitative und qualitative Studien durch (Interviews, Surveys, Usability Tests, etc.).
  • Breites Spektrum: Du bist Generalist*in auf der Research-Seite und bewegst dich flexibel zwischen User Research, UX/UI und strategischen Fragestellungen.
  • Kundenkontakt: Du interviewst und interagierst direkt mit unseren Kund*innen, um echte Bedürfnisse, Pain Points und Key Purchasing Criteria zu verstehen.
  • Stakeholder-Management: Du arbeitest eng mit Produktmanagement, Design, und weiteren Teams zusammen, teilst deine Erkenntnisse und sorgst dafür, dass Insights in Produktstrategie und Vision einfließen.
  • Insight-to-Action: Du übersetzt deine Research-Ergebnisse in klare, umsetzbare Empfehlungen für Business, Produkt und Design - und präsentierst diese auf allen Ebenen.
  • Roadmap & Trends: Du identifizierst die wichtigsten Research-Bedarfe, entwickelst eine Research-Roadmap und hältst Ausschau nach neuen Trends, Chancen und offenen Fragen im Markt.
Dein Profil:
  • Erfahrung: Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Researcher, idealerweise in einem digitalen Produktumfeld mit Fokus auf Mixed Methods.
  • Methodenkompetenz: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit verschiedenen Research-Methoden und kannst eigenständig Studien konzipieren und umsetzen.
  • Kommunikation: Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte klar, verständlich und zielgruppengerecht zusammenfassen und präsentieren.
  • Kollaboration: Du bist Teamplayer*in und baust starke Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern auf.
  • Proaktivität: Du erkennst Research-Bedarfe und bringst eigene Ideen ein, um die Produktvision aktiv mitzugestalten.
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1+) und Business English sind erforderlich.
