Senior UX Researcher

**Your Role**:
As a Senior UX Researcher (M/F/D), you will collaborate with a team of other researchers in a hybrid working setup, creating and executing diverse research activities that shape new innovation concepts and drive a user-centered development process. It will be essential that you have knowledge and experience of core user research practices and the ability to share insights in ways that increase empathy.

**Your profile**:
**YOUR EXPERIENCE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Proven understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of different UX Research methods
- Excellent understanding and proven experience in Agile software development modes and the value UX Research brings to product teams
- Passion for designing mixed-method research studies, that generate actionable insights, and measurable impact for project teams
- Ability to be a persuasive advocate for user needs within multidisciplinary project teams, educating others about the value of UX Research
- Confidence in communicating research findings through oral, visual, and written communication
- Plan, facilitate and document strategic workshops (onsite/remote) to align stakeholders
- Experience in building relationships and partnerships with stakeholders or external partners
- Ability to consult Product Teams based on insights, derive recommendations and actions and support strategic decision making
- Ability to flexible work across multiple projects and/or product teams, effectively prioritizing tasks
- 5+ years of relevant experience in CX/UX Research and Consulting
- Intermediate to senior experience level working in UX Research, usability testing, technical consulting or in a related role/field
- Fluency in German and full professional proficiency in English

**IT’S ALSO NICE TO HAVE**
- A degree in UX Research, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Business psychology, Market Research or a related field
- Experience in mentoring Junior UX Researchers (M/F/d) with critique/feedback, to support their development
- Professional experience in the insurance/financial services sector
- Professional proficiency in another core market language (French, Spanish, or Italian)
