Tasks

  • Elaborate and curate critical data dictionaries and models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank standards
  • Monitor and evaluate data quality, implementing controls and metrics aligned with governance requirements
  • Gather information from multiple stakeholders regarding data requirements, business definitions, and data structures
  • Document data models and authoritative data sources, including data flows
  • Provide an overview of conceptual, logical, and physical data models for specific data domains
  • Collaborate with the central data management team to validate and upload metadata into the Enterprise Data Catalogue
  • Roll out Data Governance GMC and local key controls, creating proper metrics aligned with BJBE
  • Conduct small-scale data analysis to support reconciliations and evaluate data quality

Requirements

  • Strong academic background: BSc/BA in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data analysis and metadata management
  • Hands-on knowledge of data governance tools (e.g., Collibra)
  • Familiarity with data modeling tools (e.g., Hackolade)
  • Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau)
  • Solid understanding of data structures and enterprise data management principles
