For our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as Manager Omnichannel (f/m/x)

TASKS WITH IMPACT

• Optimize the end-to-end customer journey to ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints
• Promote an omnichannel mindset within the organization by guiding internal teams and supporting change processes
• Provide strategic input and consulting to management, contributing to the roadmap and development of business cases
• Analyze and improve cross-channel services, operational processes, and customer/employee experiences independently
• Initiate and manage projects to introduce and scale omnichannel services within agile frameworks
• Monitor service-related KPIs, conduct root cause analyses, and define appropriate actions to achieve targets
• Conduct market, benchmark, and trend analyses and evaluate use cases based on cost-benefit assessments
• Strengthen international collaboration, resolve conflicts, and manage stakeholder relationships across all levels

YOUR SKILLS

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the retail sector
• Strong understanding of the interaction between brick-and-mortar and digital channels
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, ideally with background in Change Management or PMO
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
• Confident in managing complexity and driving change independently
