We are looking for a hands-on and motivated Store Manager (m/f/d) for our Store in Düsseldorf.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a retail organization's staff and manage the store
  • Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing strong rapport with potential and actual customers
  • Achieve the targets set and increase revenue by making our products attractive
  • Conducts periodical team evaluations and identifies individual staff objectives
  • Plan and coordinate sales, merchandising and budgeting & manage inventory and stock replenishment
  • Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirement
  • Work closely with our regional managers to coordinate and determine the most cost-effective marketing and hiring strategies
  • Draft sales reports, analyse seasonal sell-out rates and proposes action plans

Qualifications

  • You have already gained good experience in a management position
  • High level of enthusiasm for our brand and our high-quality products
  • Organizational skills and a positive, confident and stylish manner
  • Enjoyment and empathy in dealing with demanding, international customers
  • You are familiar with the work involved in sales and are also proficient in all preparatory and follow-up activities on a merchandise management system
  • You are comfortable with cash register transactions and back-office work, including in an international context (MS Office, iPhone, iPad)
  • You are confident in dealing with modern media and enjoy using them efficiently in everyday life (omnichannel)
  • You already have experience in the luxury segment (retail or hotel/gastronomy)
  • You are enthusiastic, able to work under pressure and take on responsibility
  • Fluent German and good English skills round off your profile
