E.ON Energy Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) is joining forces to offer industries and cities tailored energy solutions. We make life-time energy and operating cost savings happen for our customers by designing, building, financing, operating and optimizing energy generation and energy management systems at our customers' facilities. As a partner for heating, cooling, power generation and energy efficiency, we compete to reduce CO2 emissions and at the same time expand the competitiveness of our customers.

During the program, you'll have the chance to work in different functional placements mainly across Energy Infrastructure Solutions departments (e.g. City Quarter Solutions, Energy Efficiency Products & Services, Solution Delivery, Business Development)

Moreover, we offer you the opportunity to gain global insights into E.ON's business with a focus on city energy solutions or large scale business solutions across Europe (e.g. Malmö, Nottingham, Munich)

Besides, you'll complete at least one cross-functional and one international placement. You can choose to focus on E.ON's business areas across Germany and Europe that add the most value to your development journey

What we expect from you

You have an above average Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Natural Science or technical fields with at least 2 years of relevant working experience​ or a respective Master's degree

Enthusiasm for innovative energy solutions characterizes you

You are fluent in English and willing to learn German

Ideally you have gained international experience staying abroad in the form of exchange semesters, internships, or volunteer work

Your initial knowledge in sustainable energy solutions like photovoltaic or heat pumps would be ideal

You can contribute with the ability to build meaningful and strong relationships with relevant interfacesand your networking skills

Entrepreneurial mindset and a talent for creative, customer centric and innovative thinking are what we are looking for to develop even further with you
