What you can expect from us
As part of Energy Retail, we put our customers at the core and drive the energy transition across Europe. Our focus areas are excellence in our core commodity business of electricity and gas, scaling connected energy assets such as PV, heat pumps and EV charging options and developing compelling flexibility solutions. We work cross-country and locally to create future-oriented energy solutions for millions of customers.
During the program, you'll have the chance to work in different functional placements mainly across departments in Energy Retail (e.g. with a focus on strategy implementation, commercial management, or enhancement of service and digitalization)Moreover, we offer you the opportunity to gain global insights into E.ON's business with a focus on energy retail and flexibility topics across Europe (e.g. Germany, UK, Italy, Sweden, or Netherlands)In addition, you will complete at least one cross-functional and one international placement. You can choose to focus on E.ON's business areas across Germany and Europe that add the most value to your development journeyWhat we expect from you
You have an above average Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Psychology, Mathematics, or related fields with at least 2 years of relevant working experience or a respective Master's degreeYou are characterized by your enthusiasm for the energy transition, digitalization and innovative customer solutionsYou are fluent in English and willing to learn GermanIdeally, you have gained international experience staying abroad in the form of exchange semesters, internships or volunteer workInitial relevant functional skills or knowledge would be ideal in areas such as energy markets, digitalization, customer experience, or project managementYou can contribute with strong communication, collaboration, and intercultural skillsWe value a solution- and customer-oriented mindset, a hands-on approach and strong personal commitment to drive our joint development forwardDo you have questions?
