As an Industrial Process Engineer, you drive the implementation of robust, compliant, and scalable release and execution systems for our cooking robot production. By standardizing workflows across drawing authorization, engineering change control, BOM and configuration management, and assembly/test processes, you enable traceable, right‑first‑time builds. Your work shortens lead times, minimizes rework, and ensures manufacturing readiness across the entire product lifecycle.

These are the tasks you will be responsible for:

• Define and implement end-to-end release workflows (drawing approval, ECN/ECR, BOM creation, versioning, configuration baselines)
• Standardize process flows for assembly, testing, and handover with clear work instructions, checkpoints, and acceptance criteria
  Establish a transparent gate model (requirements design validation release- ramp-up) with KPIs, audit trails, and ownership
• Integrate PLM/ERP systems to ensure a single source of truth and clean interfaces across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Operations
• Drive continuous improvement in release and execution phases (defect tracking, root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions)
• Ensure production readiness through controlled documentation, training, and structured readiness reviews

These are the qualities helping you thrive in this role:

• Degree in Engineering and extensive experience in advanced manufacturing, factory design, utilities, and operations
• Proven track record in driving impactful improvements across cost, speed, quality, and throughput in complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong background in greenfield/brownfield factory design, digital twins, energy and utility modeling, CSA/MEP coordination, TPM implementation, and high-voltage systems
• Deep understanding of PLM/ERP integration (Teamcenter, SAP), ISO/HSEQ compliance, and manufacturing ramp-up under pressure
• Skilled in team leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Operations
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
• Confident in applying industry-standard methods and tools for process optimization, risk analysis, and project management
