Then join us and help shape the future of aircraft production Our offer Time Off: 28 days of annual leave for new employees Financial Perks: Free public transport with the Deutschlandticket, €50 monthly budget on your DAHER Corporate Account or for EGYM Wellpass, plus an employee referral program Compensation: Overtime pay and bonuses for weekend and holiday shifts Culture & Events: Regular team and company events, including summer parties Health & Retirement: Occupational health management and a company pension scheme Learning & Development: Extensive training and development opportunities Your tasks as Manufacturing Engineer (all genders) in the aviation industry You work on the MTM-STV calculation, analyse the spent time deviation and propose improvement You develop processes and efficiency improvement measures which you analyse and optimise according to MTM / REFA /STV You will work on Process Planning and Line Balancing thanks to the creation of the PERT (Programme evaluation & review technique) and the Line Balancing for Airbus and apply lean management techniques You monitor derived measures after implementation in the ongoing process You moderate workshops, and are the focal point to the stakeholders of your mission You prepare your results and present them to the management Your qualification You successfully completed your engineering studies with a focus on aviation, industrial or manufacturing engineering You possess ideally 3-5 years of professional experience in the aviation industry in a similar position Ideally, you are knowledgeable in REFA and/or MTM/STV methodology as well as labour, time and Lean management You think conceptually, analytically and solution-oriented You demonstrate strong communication skills in German and English (C1 to native speakers only) in an international environment This is important to us DAHER Industrial Services values variety and diversity.
